Q: MSFT- I held this one for a while and sold at $32 due to poor Q results and negative street view. It has steadily moved up to over $38 on what news? Announced to-day a deal to share software code through another tech company the ramifications of which I have no idea going fwd as it pertains to MSFT's EPS. I'd like to own a software stock and I am wondering if I should wait on this one as it pays a decent dividend with room to go higher??

Q: Hi Peter and Team,
I came across a company that reminds me of Wilan, its called Vringo, VRNG. They have a couple patent cases which could turn out good for them leading to potential one time rewards and also royalty revenue streams. At current prices would the risk reward be favourable if at all?

Q: ISign Media ($0.22) (ISD.V) is a tiny venture Co with an interesting data collecting and advertising model. Its share price doubled in the last 3 days on the news of private placement at $0.30 with warrant at $0.45 and another contract for installation of their data collecting antennas.

Q: What are your criteria when you consider a stock is expensive versus cheap?

- Or do you compare the company P/E to its industry peers (i.e.: Financials, Tech, Consumer Staples, Oil/Gas, etc.)?
- Or do you compare the company P/E ratio to the company growth rate (Revenue, Earnings/share, Cash flow) from the previous year's quarter?
- Or something else?

Q: GIB.A, I know you like this company highly. My research shows: huge debt.,very low ROE,121% > MRQ in revenue but -71% in EPS & no dividend. It went down a bit on the Obomacare problem-I hoping a bigger collapse but his starting to rebound. What am I missing in my analysis-oh trading at a huge premium to EPS-in other words very expensive. Make me feel better about this one so I can pull the trigger.
