Q: Please comment on the recent offer by Long Run to acquire Crocotta Energy at .415 shares of Long
run ($2.30). There is a further spin-off offer of ExploreCo ($1.70). I have been contacted by Crocotta and need your expert advice if I should vote for this. It appears that ExploreCo may be a very valuable and gas producing property.

Could you please provide your thoughts on Arsenal Energy, debt level and outlook over the next couple of years?

Q: Re SGY - I've heard it said Surge is similar to an early stage Crescent Point story as they are intending to acquire and build out substantial resources. Do you agree with this and if so, do you have any timeline guesstimates that might indicate how long would be an appropriate hold period, in order to let them work their plan and potentially see much higher share price? Q: re: TOU + doubling down/repurchase

I originally bought a 2% weighting in TOU @ $50.65. My portfolio Oil & gas weighting as a whole is 20%.

July 8 I sold 50% of my TOU position at $55.72.

Since then the share price (as we all know) has returned to $51.20. I am seriously considering repurchasing my 50% at these prices.

Would you consider this wise or should I wait for a few weeks before executing this strategy?

Q: hello 5i:
I recently began acquiring HWO, and have a small position. I've read your answers and opinions of it, and find its multiple to be "enticing", when I see very little debt, ROE of 23.2, good free cash flow, etc. Can you advise what % of shares is held by insiders (this is very important to me) and what grade it would get, back of the napkin, if it weren't so small. What percentage of the production is oil, what it gas? A lot of conjecture there, I realize.
