Is Affirm Holdings upcoming IPO of interest? Could this be a disruptor to the credit card industry?

Q: With Airbnb's YoY growth on a downward trajectory, without the pandemic, how does this ipo look?

Also can you explain how it is not profitable yet? I find it hard to imagine an aggregator offering to rent a room in your house can have such high costs when it has so little obvious capital expenditures.

Q: Cramer mentioned this fall's ipo sales are beginning to resemble 2014, where there was a good time to buy tech stocks as their prices were driven down by ipo sales.

What is their competitive advantage over their competitors that would make potential clients switch payment system? Are clients sticky once they become client? At what p/s and p/ebitda multiple would you be buyer?
