Q: Hi Peter and Team
I really liked your recent suggestion about 2 large caps and a junior in the gold sector...realizing of course that the whole sector is totally out of favor. What is your assessment of the merits between MND and ASR? What would be your preference ...which one is best to survive until gold shines again or at least returns between 1350-1400?

Q: Peter, my question is on Brookfield Renewable. As an A rated company I have bought it on and off for the last two and a half years.Not counting dividends my share average price is down 6%. Do you expect the share price to rise a lot over the next years, to rate such a high rating? I now have a considerable amount in BEP. Thanks Ken

Q: Hi Peter/Team... need your feed back on the large 42% West Face Capital holding of MND. Do you think they might take MND private in future??? What are the chances MND might be taken over "publicly"?? I want to add to my existing MND position but also want to hold it long-term and not worry about a near-term stink bid.

Q: Hi,

The gold sector is a volatile one but may be in for a bounce here. I prefer Goldcorp as you do for a major. For small/mid producers I like RIO, NGD, YRI, BTO, and MND for low cash costs, management, production history and other financial aspects. If you were to buy 2 or 3 what would be your preference and why?

$0.78 CAD 0.01
Yield 6.41%, Annual dividend 0.05.
I looked at this today and it seeded to answer my needs. I have no gold, but was reluctant to buy because I am a divined junkie. This allows me to get paid until gold goes up??? SO ...
Do you know management or off them ?. Are they for real staring with a high dividend. ( as you see my source say 0.05 a year )
Do you think they can be a small answer to what I am looking for. SUSTAINED INCOME UNTIL THE COMMODETY GOES UP (IF IT DOES)THAKNS AS ALWAYS

Q: With Avalon having a positive feasibility study and environmental assessment completed for the Nechalcho project would this be a good time to invest on the ground floor as the sector rises. It sounds as though they have the largest potential source of rare earth outside China. It also sounds as though China is going to need to start importing rare earths. Thoughts?
