Q: Hello,
In my Financials sector of my RRIF portfolio, I'm holding TD, BNS, ZUB and CFN; I'm thinking of switching from CFN (up 50% in 2 years) to either HCG or CXS.

Q: We have positions in the major banks and are wondering why BMO fell so much recently and has not recovered as well as CM, RY, TD and BNS. It holdssubstantial US assets and I feel that the strong US dollar should be a boost for it, compared to BNS, for example.

Q: Would you advise a switch from Goldman Sachs (GS) to Bank of America (BAC)? Bank of America seems cheaper on a P/B basis and no more expensive on forward P/E.

Q: HCG among others was just downgraded by Macquarie due to the drop in the Canadian dollar. Could you comment on the effect on these stocks which have primarily Canadian dollar earnings.

Q: Hello 5i crew -

I've had my eye on Element Financial for awhile now. I know you consider it expensive at this point. If you cannot recommend a price entry, can you advise of a metric or two you would watch before pulling the trigger?

How much faith do you have with Mr. Hudson as CEO? He seems to have big plans. My concern is his history. The Newcourt Credit Group that he had built didn't exactly end very well. Your thoughts?
