Q: Looking to add a health care etf. Which one might you suggest? Would the major difference in performance between the XHC and the other 2 be the currency hedging?

Yes, the primary difference would be the currency hedging. XLV and VHT are very similar. We might give XLV the slight edge over slightly lower fees. XHC has roughly the same underlying holdings but is CAD-Hedged. SO we think the question just comes down to whether an investor wants the currency hedging. We would side with XLV overall here.
