TOU is more gas than oil, but we consider it as having the best management team in the sector. The balance sheet is solid and it pays regular special dividends. TVE we like from a management and growth perspective, as well as valuation. KEL we like as a small/midcap. It is more expensive, with no dividend, but has a rock-solid balance sheet and good growth.
