In order of preference, which ones would you prefer to buy first: shop, nvei or pypl and what would be the reasoning? Any comments on CSU's acquisition of Optimal blue business.. thanks very much

CSU acquisition comments are now posted in the archives. We would rank: CSU, NVEI, SHOP, PYPL. CSU is simply one of the best companies in North America. It never dilutes shareholders, has a great record of growth and execution. NVEI would typically rank lower than SHOP but is much much cheaper and showing good momentum right now so we moved it up. It has good growth potential and if rates peak could do really well. SHOP is solid, with lots of cash and good market share. PYPL has some issues, but is cheap and we think it will recover.
