Q: I was wondering if you could comment on mortgage investment corporations.Is this type of investment considered to be a fixed income product? How would a prduct like this rank in comparison to a preferred share?

Q: I have cut and pasted the analysis of HNL from TD Waterhouse. There seems to be a significant difference between your analysis and TD's. Can you provide me with some insight as to why this is the case. Do you have any opinion on TD analysis in general that is provided on their trading website? I have often found it to be negative.
