Q: Hello Peter and Team,
Palliser Oil and Gas (PXL) has been unsuccessful in finding enough oil before the money ran out. It is such a low valuation now (.12)would you recommend selling or waiting another quarter or two? I hold 3000 shares (.09% of portfolio).
Another question on SGY (Surge). I was wondering if the dividend yield at around 8% is a little high. Should it not be in and around the 5% range? Seems like investors are actually saying the yield is unsustainable? Your comments are appreciated.
Q: Aston Hill ADV T/U (AV.UN)has asked unit owners whether they are interested in tendering to a "voluntary redemption" at a price equal to the NAV minus redemption and brokerage charges.Should I tender to this offer, and if so what is a good replacement? Thank You
Q: Hello Folks:
Thanks to you I have done very well with Boyd and Badger. I would like to reduce my holdings in one of these stocks to increase my position in Johnson and Johnson. Which of these names (Boyd or Badger) would you reduce/sell.
Thanks again for your great service

Q: Peter,
Journey Energy (JOY) IPO'd last week @ $12.00 and a dividend yield of 6%.
I would appreciate your insight re this company. While I suspect it
may be too early to invest, it is on our Watch List.
Hi Peter, do get well soon. Now, What are your thoughts on a company called UNR Holdings, UNRH. I know its extremely small, so very high risk, but man, its trading fairly cheap. Is it because of its market cap? or is there something else going on?
Q: Open Text dipped below $50. It seems likes its been under pressure for a few weeks as Info Tech in general is not doing much lately. Do you think the valuation is compelling right now?
Saw your answer June 17 when asked about an assortment of options and you suggested STN was still your favorite. Knowing how you analyze in general, I have no doubt STN numbers look very good as does their long term history of quality results.
Mid Feb I took a 10% position and since then (not counting dividends) am down 1%. Long and short of it thus far this year there has been very little capital appreciation at any time. I do plan on holding for the long term but am curious if there are any reasons in particular that might explain the lethargic growth thus far this ear.
Q: Peter, first I wish you a speedy recovery. I would eventually like to get the stocks I own rated A B ect. Many I already have from you. If you were to rate could you please give me Artis, Arc, Cominar, Chartwell Baytex Surge and Whitecap, Thank you, Ken
Q: Hi, could you please comment on present insider holding (%)of Auto Canada(ACQ)currently and after this large secondary offering by them. Co. release states CEO's estate planning and his financial flexibility to invest back in new dealerships, as some reasons. Sounds reasonable? Thanks
Q: Hi 5i Team
A question about the income portfolio. The names that you have not done a report on that are on the portfolio. How do you decide to choose these names over others in the same sector?
If you were to be doing the yearly report right now, would AYA remain on the income portfolio with such a huge gain on this stock that has already happened?
Thanks
Kathy
Q: Do you have an opinion regarding the possibility of a royalty trust IPO for Canadian Natural Resources in the near future? Is the IPO already priced into the stock?
