Q: Good morning Peter and team,
I have some cash to invest and the 2 stocks I am still underweight from your equity balance portfolio are SYZ and ATD.B. I tend to favor ATD.B over SYZ although SYZ has dropped significantly. My portfolio is well balanced and would remain so after the purchase of either Co. Which one would you favor for a long term investment portfolio? Thank you for your unmatched service.

Q: I am thinking of putting some money into the beaten up energy sector.

Q: hello 5i:
I am VERY interested in ECI, after reading the latest report. BUTTT, I see on another site, that ECIs present P/CF is 6.7 vs a 5-year average if 5.2. So, there is growth already baked into the price. And present P/CF is -4.4. I'm having trouble putting together a negative CF growth rate with a higher P/CF. Please unwind this for me, so I can settle in my mind whether or not this company is fairly valued or overvalued. It just does not seem undervalued. what am I missing?

Q: considering purchasing cew or zeb...
would appreciate your short term outlook for the major banks (how low do you think they may go?)
I like the idea of cew ( it adds some protection/diversity that is not available with just zeb!

Q: What do you think about Coke for a long time hold. Have held it for 3+yrs and it is flat other than the currency gain.

Q: Hi Peter, Ryan and all at 5i

I am thinking that HD would provide good exposure to the housing and consumer rebound in the US but we have already missed a 5 bagger on this stock in the last 5 years.

Do you think a 5 year time frame for this company would work for initiating a position now?
