Q: Hi 5i team, I have held HNZ Group (HNZ.A) for a long time now and at the time of purchase the company was trading at a low valuation, paid a nice dividend and had little or no debt. Here we are several years later, it still seems cheap, still pays a good dividend, still little or no debt but the share price has gone nowhere. Can I have your opinion on this company and what do you feel is needed to see a "nice" share price increase. Finally do you see the share increasing over the next few years or am I only going to collect the dividends. If you see it going nowhere can you suggest a good replacement. I already own most of the companies in both your model and income portfolios. Thanks. Mario.

Q: Hello Peter and Team: In an otherwise diversified portfolio, I am considering selling my position in CEW and purchasing half positions in each of BNS and SLF. My rationale is to avoid the 0.61% MER in CEW, and I also note that the top two holdings in CEW are in fact SLF at 10.38% and BNS at 10.27% of CEW's total portfolio. Are you OK with this switch? Q: I am considering selling GE and buying GBX, Greenbrier. Considering GE has not moved much in the last 6 months and GBX has had good earnings and is into the railcar manufacturing and repair. I give up a little on dividend but hopefully gain on Cap Gains. What are your thoughts on the move and the 2 companies?

I am looking at REGN (Regeneron), ANIK (Anika Therapeutics) and RGEN (Repligen). Other than JNJ and PFE, I have no exposure in this area. Would you recommend one or more of the above for diversification or just add to the exisitng holdings.

Q: I have about 20% of my portfolio invested in rate-reset preferred shares, with an average reset rate of about 3% over the 5-year rate, and with maturities of 3 to 5 years. I would like to increase the percentage to 25%, as there are two more I would like to buy, and I am getting more conservative the higher the markets rise. Do you think putting 25% in rate-resets is too much? Thanks

Please give me your advice or guidelines on "Averaging Down"! For example I bought a junior company recently that was going through a rough patch. It had declined 35% in the past year so I thought it was a good time to buy. However I was early and it continues to drift down. So here are the questions...If you still believe in the company and nothing has changed since the purchase at what discount would it be worthwhile to buy more...in other words does a stock have to be down at least 15% or 20% before it makes sense? Also, if your original purchase is 4% of your portfolio where is the upper limit? Lastly is it wise to only average down once...in other words do not fall in love with a stock! Ha!Ha! Thanks!
