Q: I currently owned TRP but would like to sell and replace with a more growth stock. I also own Enbridge but have no intention of selling this one. What would you suggest?I am looking for at least 3-5 years hold.

At the end of Sept you mentioned EMA looked better than Fortis offering a better yield plus, it was cheaper... price at the time $35.10.

Today I read an article about EMA being heralded along side of Enbridge as two of the better utility stocks that offer a good yield and realistic equity growth opportunity. Plus, it looks like EMA has established (according to the author) an annual dividend growth target of 6% for the next 5 years.

Right now I have a portfolio position of 4.6% in ENB and this is my only utility.

At the current price ($37.40) what is your opinion (sell/buy/hold) on EMA and do you still consider it "cheap" based on current metrics.

I have enjoyed a nice run with CSX being up 25% while collecting a nice increasing div.

Yesterday it was announced CSX is looking at cutting at least 300 workers... initially through buyouts and/or service package offers. The article went on to mention should the offers not be accepted by January enabling the company to reach the 300 number, "involuntary layoffs may take place."

CEO Michael Ward said "the plan is part of a series of steps designed to reduce operating costs amid what Ward said are serious declines in some of its businesses, especially coal..."

My question.... should I cut and run and be happy with what I have or would you suggest holding tight and not being concerned with this report?

Q: Today UxC Consulting web site updated the Uranium price, up $5.00 this week and now 40% up from spring time lows. What are your thoughts on playing uranium? I own Cameco but was wondering what a couple other stocks you think would have good potential in the uranium space.

Q: Acadian Timber ADN keeps moving higher. Earlier in year management was making references to possible transactions to grow business. Those references seem to have been eliminated from recent reports. Are you aware of anything causing recent strength in stock price? Are there rumours you have heard?

It was announced yesterday AYA and California based tribes are joining forces along with a number of poker clubs to operate a licensed online poker site in California once legislation is enacted to authorize iPoker.

Is this legislation authorizing "iPoker" in California a done deal? And if so, doesn't this open up an incredibly large revenue stream for AYA with such a large population having access to online poker via Poker Stars? And does this announcement have anything to do AYA's 6.5% increase (and still climbing) today?

Thank you for so much for the amazing/unparalleled service you provide to the small individual investor.

You have been recommending PLI as a high risk small cap stock. However, on Oct 9, you mentioned ... "for a high risk stock we think there could be potential but we are not huge fans of the valuation and balance sheet" but on Nov 11, in response to a question on "which stocks remind you of Amaya when it was $2" you mentioned "PLI has good potential".

Can you elaborate on your negative comments on the valuation/balance sheet of PLI and yet comparable to Amaya.

I've look on the site and I might have missed it, where would one find what that "Ratings" mean. I know its been mentioned that a 'D' is stay away, "A+" means it doesn't exist so far. Apparently a "C" is not a buy. But is it a hold? How about a "C+".

Could you put something on the "Reports Page"?

Q: I have owned Boyd fro a while and am very pleased with your recommendation to purchase it. One thing that has always perplexed me about it though, is its name. For a 'income fund', it pays a rather paltry 1% dividend. Do you continue to recommend it because in the past it has been an income grower and therefore you expect it to eventually pay closer to 3% (which I would expect from an income fund) or is that just by the fact that it grows its dividends, the stock rises and there will are cap gains expectations? Or is it both?

Q: I have just been advised by my broker (Scotia iTrade) that the special dividend is for shareholders who tendered before Nov 15 and that my only option now is to wait to see what the final offer is. Or sell right now to the market. Which is preferred? You can be assured the final offer won't be $.40.

Would you please explain what you mean by "expect the shares to settle down in price a bit" - does that mean at current levels or closer to the financing price?
