Q: Hello Peter,
I still hold shares of PHM, and would like to add to the position; however, I am concerned that CEO, M. Dalsin is spreading his ideas across 3 companies: Patient home, convalo health, and Inspira (which supposedly will trade end of June) and is not focused one company. I am concerned that he will not be as focused on patient home, but also see the reasons for the other two: perhaps cross sells, etc Any comments please. I have not seen much news on why CRH medical continues to move upwards. Is there any news that you are aware of? Also, other than having a nasdaq listing, is there a reason for Concordia Healthcare's price movement? Many thanks for your advice.

Q: I hold RMP based on your recommendation of it being one of the better O&G stock. However it has been going nowhere but down for quite sometime. Would you suggest I sell it and buy either TVE, SGY or TDG as SGY seems like it is gaining momentum and TVE and TDG have recently been recommended by multiple analysts. Thanks

Q: Hello Peter & Team,

From what I have been reading and hearing, we should be seeing some fairly significant long over due infrastructure spending oveer the next number of years both in Canada & especially the US - roadways and bridges are falling apart down there.

Putting aside the obvious differences between these two engineering firms (div, size etc...) both of whom should benefit from this increased spending, I am wondering whether moving out of Stantec and into DRT would be a good move or a bad move at this time.

DRT has come back fairly significantly ($7.07 as I write this missive) since its high of $8.95 on May 8th and it now appears there may be some consolidation taking place over the past 10 days or so.

STN has been showing higher highs and higher lows since it's post-split low of $29.14 back on Mar 25 after not really doing much at all for the past 18 months.

Could you please give us a comparison of the two companies, and which one you would pick moving forward for a 2 yr hold on a full position and why. And if these are the only two companies we should be looking at or if there is another engineering firm such as SNC-Lavalin you would recommend over DRT & STN... (SNC has also come back quite a bit since earlier this month)

As always, thanks for all you do!!!

Q: Could there be a takeover in progress from unknown parties on Caldwell given the price rise and statement from management of no known cause to price/volume spike?
Thanks!

Q: A small clarification. Helen asked a question about PHM earlier today, that included "[PHM] will be moving to TSX and will now be a closed end fund." You commented on the move to the TSX but didn't clarify that the closed end fund referred to is MDS, to be run by Michael Decter, and it will have no effect on PHM proper. I believe that Michael Dalsin and Roger Greene, of PHM, will have an advisory relationship with MDS, but there is no direct implication for current PHM shareholders as they are separate entities.

Q: I just read your report on Winpak. At present I hold a 5% weighting in CCL.B in my cash account. How much does WPK and CCL.B overlap in the type of business they do?

While I have no plan to sell my CCL.B, would a half position in WPK in addition to CCL.B make any sense? I am a long-term investor with a diversified balance among my holdings/groups that I am comfortable with at the present time. I do have some cash that needs to move away from the sidelines.

Q: Hello, Can you tell me what do you think of this REIT? It has taken a beating since being spun out from Simon Properties. It has a 7% yield & some insider buying. It was a top pick from Derek Warren on Market Call yesterday.
Thanks,

Q: Hello

I'm wondering if you see anything positive in the company's future. It looks bleak to say the least but I keep thinking about all the cobalt reserves and companies like Tesla needing a whole lot of it in the upcoming years. Thank you
