Q: The last question I asked about FSV you said it was expensive. Is this in regards to historical norms or has it always been expensive like other good quality stocks.

Q: From the last question on SCL you were comfortable with this stock at $34. It is now close to a 52 week low (near $31.50). In these unusual market conditions has anything changed your opinion? i.e., it would seem like a good buy.

Don'y get me wrong, I know you don't have a crystal ball ... but the stock does look good at these prices.

Q: Hi 5i team,

I think now would be a time to high grade my energy and real estate stocks.

In energy I have CPG, WCP, SGY, TOU and SCL. The "winner" in this group is WCP; the biggest loss is in SGY. [Plus I have PPL, ENB and IPL which you consider as utilities; all in very positive territory.] Which stocks would you remove? What would you do to high grade this mixture?

In the real estate sector I have XRE, AX.UN, DRG.UN and TCN. I was considering selling one or both of AX.UN and DRG.UN, and adding to TCN. What would you do to high grade this mixture?

Q: I haven't seen a question about Biosyent in a couple of months, it's trading near its 52 week low. You indicated in May the fundamentals looked good, the price is still is dropping possibly due to the sector. I am considering taking a position at this time, please advise your thoughts.

Q: Between Exco and Linamar, which one would you recommend to buy at the current level? It looks Linamar shows a lower forward P/E.

Q: Just saw the Q2 earnings. Q2 top line looks a little light and adj EPS of $1.20 looks to be a big miss vs estimate $1.57 (I saw your response to a question on July 20 where you mentioned $1.57 estimated EPS). ROE looks to be back in the mid teens after the blip last year due to the lawsuit settlement which seems to be a good sign (if i calculated correctly). Your thoughts on the earnings?

Q: Appears to be a considerable amount of back handers are going with this company. You seem to always look at it from the latest financials and make a recommendation from that perspective. I guess my question is: when does one stop going by financials and make a decision on gut feel? Let's not forget guys like Bernie Madoff!! Do you guys always got by reported numbers or do you sometimes read between the lines and go by instinct? Just curious.

Q: I had it recorded that Surge was to report their results on July 29, now I see where they are expected on July 30 (today) but interestly I can find no announcement from Surge on exactly when they would announce their results. Do you have insight on when their Q2 2015 will be made available to investors.
