Q: Hey Peter & team,

In my capacity as a UIC at our locale baseball assoc I had the occasion while watching a couple of young umpires, to chat with a dad who... is in a fairly prominent position with EA. He mentioned they have just enjoyed a record best quarter and that their next report (end of April) should be very positive.

Jan 2014 you discussed EA painting a fairly positive picture while admitting you do not follow EA closely enough to be able to discuss their strategy at length. You did say they generate excellent cash flow (which my new friend mentioned as well) and that they have quite a bit of cash on hand.

Stock is up 46% in the past year. Can you tell me what your thoughts on it now, if you feel it is expensive, and if you would recommend it as a buy.

Q: I own 13 of the stocks in your growth portfolio. I previously owned 9 of these stocks in anticipation they would be in the growth portfolio.
my overall portfolio is up 22 per cent ytd which is amazing with half these gains coming since april 1.
my question is how much of the gains in the growth portfolio since april 1 are because of your membership positioning themselves in the growth portfolio. can you evaluate this, personally I think a lot of the gains are from this action. dave

Q: I heard it suggested yesterday that MBT will never be taken over because the system it uses is "not compatible" with Bell or any other. I have not noticed this point in any analyst's review. Is it a valid issue?

Q: Could you please compare the price-to-cash-flow (P/CF) ratios on BIP.UN, BEP.UN, IPL, AQN, ALA. I hold all of these. Would you sell or replace any of them? For example, I wonder about BAM.A instead of the subsidiaries? Thanks.

Q: CCL has been on quite a run lately but is currently trading ~ 19x forward earnings and estimates suggest a 10% growth rate. Do you continue to see any significant upside from here or has the "best before" been reached?

I own both IPL and ENB in a non registered account. I've done well with both, but am considering selling one and replacing it with Enghouse to add diversity. Which would you let go and would you add Enghouse at these levels.

I currently own Enghouse and would like to now if there is a similar company in the growth portfolio? Thinking of adding Open text(OTC) to my mix, but not if they both are too similar.

Or would maybe descartes(DSG) be a better option or something else?

ps..I don't mind riskier stocks because I am well balanced.

Q: Both CGX & SJ have been trading just below their 52 week high the last few weeks & unable to break out.Both have a 18.5% & 22.5% increase in a year.What does this mean,especially from a technical standpoint?.Is it time to take some profit as May is nearby("sell in May & buy in Nov) Appreciate your usual great services & advices.Looking forward to seeing you on Market call on Apr 15

Q: Have been watching this stock since since growth portfolio came out,it trades very little and when you put a bid in someone tops it by a few cents with a a 100 share bid.The ask and bid price are often fairly far apart.If I do eventually get some it may be hard to sell when the time comes.

Why companies sell subscription receipts instead os shares? Should I buy the shares or the receipts?

Q: Caldwell Partners release fiscal Q2 last night. From revenue multiple the Company appears insanely cheap given that revenues are growing over 20%. What is your view on Caldwell as a small cap stock investment at current trading levels.

Q: What rights do shareholders have to stop/control dilution by issue of Treasury shares to anyone? Where insiders protect their positions by granting themselves options/warrants/rights to mitigate dilution caused by granting Treasury shares to new insiders can other shareholders insist on the same protection? Where dilution does take place what notification has to be made to shareholders, how and when?

Q: Todays announcement re disposing off the financial unit, plus buying back shares, plus increasing dividend, coupled with a ten fold increase in the no of shares traded today make a case to buy the stock now. Thinking of selling Bank of America and buying instead GE shares, AS A LONG TERM HOLD. Thanks
