Q: Hi there. I'm new to investing, and would love your thoughts.
I've opened up a TFSA and bought shares in CDZ, IT, PHM, SCR and XIC. There is also a mutual fund in the TFSA that I was planning on selling and investing in stocks.
Would love to know what you think of that mix, and if you have suggestions for other investments.
Q: I am planning on gifting some shares of Amaya gaming to a charitable organization. The shares have a significant capital gain, but I wonder if I should wait until the shares are listed on the NASDAQ exchange June 8. Do you think the shares will further appreciate in value after the NASDAQ listing?

Q: I have an account where Intel has grown to over 5% weighting. I also hold Stantec, but its weighting is under 3%.
I am considering selling some Intel to buy some more Stantec to get them both around 4%. Since STN also trades on the NYSE, I thought I would avoid the currency exchange and just purchase it in the US.
Q: I have a well diversified portfolio and was wondering which 3 stocks, beat up or otherwise, you would recommend today for purchase in a TFSA. Thanks!!
Q: I have recently moved back into the health care sector with half positions in CRH, CXR and NHC. I'm looking to add to my holdings. How would you rank these three names as well as PHM (or any others).
Thanks for your great service.
Dennis
Q: Good Morning Peter, Ryan, and Team,
My wife's retirement account is managed to look very similar to the 5i Income Portfolio. Telus has been a holding for quite awhile. She will start taking income from her account within 3 years. Telus grows a bit faster than BCE but the dividend yield is lower. Based upon the above information should I sell her Telus shares and replace them with BCE ??? Thank you. DL
Q: Hello Gals and Guys -- thank you for your pending reply to my question. Have held both of these equities and made good profit over time. Sense this maybe an opportunity to re enter them. In your opinion, which I grealy respect, which one, recognizing their differnt focus, strengths, and sectors, for a 2-3 year hold. Many thanks, JA
Q: Hi Team:
the BNS and BMO have raised the dividends, while Royal and TD has met expectations of their earnings but have not followed suite in terms of dividends, are they a good buy or hold for a long term 3-5 years hold for dividends and abit of capital gains ? or should I be patient and wait for a pull-back ? Thanks
Q: I bought CUS on the run up to the transloading facility. When that didn't work out I held it thinking they would eventually revert just to the original chemical business. It continues to slip a few cents every day. Is it time to sell?
