Q: Hi Peter, Can I get your thoughts on Maxim quarterly results. Also can you provide your opinion on the company and whether it is a buy hold or sell. Also is sale of the business a real possibility - the company looks clean and has no debt and simple share structure in an attractive sector.

Q: Can you comment on latest press release regarding the Valory option to purchase Summit Coal Inc. From Maxim. It looks like a fantastic deal and a great cash injection for the company. Also can you comment on AI power play opportunity and Alberta jurisdiction opportunities. It looks like a good risk/reward proposition. Maxim Management also looks solid. Am I missing anything.

Q: I bought into MXG for the special dividend last month, but I am reluctant to sell it because it is in a sector I favor. High insider ownership and very few followers. The earnings look good and they are net cash. They don't state future growth plans or any real mission statement. Has 5i Research looked into this company?
