Q: Drop of 15% on Q1 results today! Do you think this is justified or not? Hold or sell? Thanks.
Q: I don't own GUD, but your recent comment that it is sitting on nearly 1/2 billion dollars piqued my interest. Google finance tells me the market cap of GUD is ~ 670M and has no debt. So if I but it at today's price and market cap, I'm basically buying it for cash on hand?!
Seems like a good place for some money.

Q: Good morning,
Since Firstservice is no longer in a 5i portfolio and it seems to be in an incessant downward trend would you endorse a switch to Element Financial. Still have 33% gain in FSV and am tempted to exit & switch to EFN? bThanks for your ongoing excellent service.

Q: Hi,
RBC came out with a report last month on comparing CAR.UN/BEI.UN to renting a condo. Citing you would have done better over the long term with a REIT plus you do not have the hassle of dealing with tenants, possibly not being paid rent etc. What are your opinions with such a thought process of buying a REIT instead of a rental property? Is this a fair comparison?

Q: I noticed from GUD.TO's quarterly results that it does a lot of financing ativity, which make me wonder whether this is a pharmaceutical company or rather a financial firm. Don't know why its debt financing interest is so high (15%). Also please comment on its quarterly results.
Manny thanks!

Q: Thoughts on the quarterly results and outlook going forward.. Do you consider this and MEQ to be significantly undervalued?
Q: Q1 2015 results- please comment.
Q: Can I have your thoughts on their quarterly results. Is there a reason this stock can seem to get out of the trading range it has been in for 6 months?
Q: Q1 2015 results compare nicely to prior year due to their deferred unit compensation plan. This plan would seem to place a call on future cash flow if the stock price increases.
Q: Please comment on Badger's Q1.
thx

Q: Could I have your thoughts on CPH Q1 earnings today? Stock was initially up 5% at opening, and is now in the negative. Not sure what to make of this volatility....

Q: BAM.A now trades @ $43.52. Down 1/3 from yesterday. Is that correct?
Q: You mentioned this before that you were investors in Ebix Inc. and have met management (and liked them) in the past.
There has been some recent positive news in the company on the verge of some major ventures/partnerships/contracts. On the latest quarterly meeting call, the CEO Robin Raina was very optimistic that significant and material wins are in the pipeline. With your experience with management in the past, can you speak about what was it about the CEO or Executive team that made you confident in their abilities (at that time)? And in general, what type of qualities do you look for management for you to feel good about investing in a company?
