Q: Hello,
I see that Analytixinsight has recently announced a deal with Thompson Reuters and the CEO will be a guest analyst on BNN this afternoon. Do you have any new optimism for this company?
Thank you!
Brian
Q: I am a bit confused with their backlog. In their quarterly results they state that they have firm orders for 2018 production 240 buses @85M but on April 9 presentation they state their backlog of 300+ @107M+. My read of this is the total backlog is 300+ with some deliveries next year or perhaps I am just confused. Your thoughts.
Q: PHO announced that they are looking to get approval to list on the TSX "very soon". Once listed on the TSX will the share rise because all of the ETF will have to buy into the stock or will that be accounted for in the listing and will not impact the share price? Also with $3M buyback this should indicate that management thinks the share is currently undervalued.
Q: What is your take on latest earnings? The company reports EPS in USD which seems kinda silly as they leave it to the investor to do the corrective math. I have 0.15 EPS(12m trailing) equating to 12x trailing PE. Is this correct? How does this stack up against peers? Thanks
Q: What did you think of their recent quarterly results? I thought earnings looked good after taking out the one time acquisition costs. What are you thoughts?
I know you like this stock but it seems to be range bound and remains mostly under 2.00$. Other that a remote takeover possibility do you see any catalyst in the horizon?
Q: Hello, SCR is up on very big volume. Do you have any thoughts on who is buying? In your opinion, is this mainly:
1) retail investors jumping in because of the recent court ruling on sports betting? or 2) could it be institutions buying and setting up some long term positions?
I have held for a while and doubled down on the lows...finally above water and wondering if I should sell or wait this out. I hold SCR in my "fun money" portfolio and I take a lot of risk.
Q: Please comment on QST's just released earnings. Looks strong across the board although sales are highly concentrated in Colorado. How do you see the market reacting? Is there much institutional interest in QST? Could this increase if $100M market cap in reached?
