Q: Silver Wheaton is often reported as a cyclical stock, and looking at the year chart it certainly appears that way. It's getting up toward its 52 week high again - is it a good idea to sell and wait for a pullback?

Q: Hi team, I held on to 100 shares of OSK, but now I have 7 AEM, 26 YRI and 10 OR due to the deal, they are in an RSP account with a less than 1% weighting in each but they are amongst 14 other dividend paying stocks with a 4-8% weighting. I also hold 80 shares of G that I was hoping would take OSK. What would you suggest. Thanks, Nick

Lakeshore Gold seems to have been a "tomorrow" company for a great many yesterdays but is now producing reasonable cashflow, repaying debt and is holding good future development sites. Has tomorrow finally come? Any suggestions on how to establish a share value?

Q: Hello Peter and Team,
Speedy recovery Peter and thank you again for your excellent service, I am constantly making money with your recommendations since I joined your site. Thanks a million.
My question is about material stocks. I have been out of this sector for a while and I am thinking of re entering now. Your view please. Is Lundin mining or Sherrit appropriate or you may have another substitute? Should I may be get into an ETF ?

Q: I was wondering if you could comment on the value you see in Or. I'm not sure if I completely understand what this stock is all about. Would it be considered to be as risky and volatile as many gold stocks? Will it move up and down in step with other major gold stocks? Thank you.
Q: It seems Lithium is required for quite a lot these days including the batteries which power Tesla Motors electric cars. Recently an item appeared in a UK financial magazine about Bancora Minerals, BCN, a Lithium miner in Mexico. Usually I stay away from penny stock but what do you think?

Q: Peter & Co. Very difficult question. The supreme Court's decision to grant the Tsilhqot'in First Nations title to land including the current reserve and land beyond its borders. I understand that another band initiated similar legal action within hours of the announcement of the ruling. Many more land claims are at various stages of negotiation.
Although I understand that politics and legal matters are beyond the scope of this forum, I am very concerned about the potential impact of this ruling on BC resource companies, Northern Gateway.... It would appear to me that this might be an opportune time to sell the BC resource stocks in my portfolios.
Understanding there some many unknowns, I would highly value your perspective.
With appreciation,
Ed

Q: AZC
I ask for your opinion on the revised takeover bid for Augusta Resources by Hudbay. After calling the first offer "grossly inadequate","opportunistic" and questioning the track record and risk profile of Hudbay, Augusta management are now recommending acceptance of a marginally better offer. They say it is a 10% premium to the previous offer based on unknowable assumptions of what the (small fraction per share) warrants would be worth. Only about 4% of shares were tendered to the original offer despite several extensions.I am inclined to wait until Augusta has all it's permits in place and then see what it is worth. What happens if I don't tender and Hudbay gets over 50% of the shares.
Thanks,
Geoff
