PEY is 1/5th the size of TOU so it does have size leverage. But it has shown solid production growth and control over costs. It is cheap and has a higher (regular) dividend than TOU. It is a nice momentum stock, with broker target prices increasing along with the stock price. Note TOU's special dividends should be included in any performance comparison, but even so PEY has still outperformed. We do like it for natural gas exposure.
