Q: I was wondering why you keep those 2 companies in your equity model portfolio. They have been at approximately the same value for the last few years.
5i Research Answer:
Keep in mind both pay decent dividends, so total return may be higher than it appears. SIS is up 33% in the past three years, NTR is down 24%. Both are there for sector diversity, and we do believe they have upside potential. NTR is highly cyclical but when it 'runs' it can do very well. No stock is permanent, though, and we will continue to review the portfolio constantly.
