Q: Do we know why Teck.a stock is up 6.% where Teck.b stock are down 1%. Is it correct that Only difference is only voting and non voting.

Yes that's the only difference (though technically Class A is 'multi-voting'). TECK.A is simply a thin trader and its price moves more on single trades. We would not consider the difference material based on historical trading.
