I own PPL but disappointed in its performance. Thinking of switching to KEY what do you think?

KEY has outperformed this year, but PPL is much cheaper on valuation. KEY's recent deal looks good (comments posted) but it may take a while for the company to absorb its purchase. It also issued a huge whack of equity in the deal, so shares may calm down in the short term. For now, we would keep PPL.
