I read your answer on TVE that one could slowly acquire shares of TVE during this weakness.

How about WCP? Is it interesting at these levels? Between the two, which one would you buy first today?

We would have very similar views on WCP. The sector has been hit hard (down about 6% YTD) and these stocks' declines seem more related to the sector than anything company-specific. WCP is much larger, so in this environment we would lean to accumulating it if an investor is only buying one of the two.
