I have been thinking about selling Crox for a tax loss and buying Atz with the proceeds, as Crox won't likely go anywhere soon, whereas Atz might. But, I noticed in the answer to one of the questions that you don't seem to be too warm towards Adz. Do you think it is a wait and see stock, or would this be a reasonable approachÉ
thanks
We are a little lukewarm on ATZ, as it has guided lower and inventories have risen. We had expected better things from it. Its valuation is still higher than it should be, based on its balance sheet and recent results. CROX has its own 'issues', but is much much cheaper. We would be fine with a tax loss shift here, but in a recovery scenario CROX likely has more upside potential, even if it just goes to a peer valuation.
