Q: Is it a good low entry point for BEP.UN at the present time,or BEP in RRSP for US dividends + no foreign taxes since it is a CDN Cie ?

We would be quite comfortable buying BEP.UN/BEPC/BEP in any account today, for secure income and some growth potential as interest rate hikes slow down. BEPC gets the full dividend tax credit, so for some investors a non-registered account may be better, depending on one's tax rate.
