A) We believe we will soon see a peak in interest rates, and possibly a decline next year.
B) Interest rates declining is a net positive for all REITs as they increase the value of properties and lower interest expenses. Currently, we like REITs such as DIR.un, IIP.un, GRT.un, and CAR.un.
C) Same as above. All are decently sized with good exposures and solid yields.
