Q: Hi,
Are you familiar with the American ETF symbol SDY? It is bench marked against the S&P HighYield Dividend Aristocrats Index. Would you consider it a buy?
Thank you.

Q: Hi Peter and Crew,
Seasons Greeting to all.
Not sure if I am missing something, but the future for K-Bro looks to be very bright. I would imagine their cost of doing business is falling (Nat Gas for running the laundry, Gasoline for delivery fuel). Yet revenues could be steady and climbing. Do you see a dividend hike in the near future ? If your 5i rating was not already close to the ceiling, would this be the sort of change (lower energy costs) that would initiate a raise on the rating scoreboard ?

Q: A major reason for CPH moving up might be that it is now cross-listed on the NASDAQ, as CPHR, although volumes are very low there.
Q: I sold aya on the disturbing news; up 96% Would you advise a half position now? Also dumped cve up 10%. Still hold sgy down 30% & also sold ipl. Should I hold sgy & replace ipl with another pipeline & cve with another oil? Thanks

Prior comments have generally been positive on Timmins Gold. Could we get your take on their purchase of the Caballo Blanco prospect from Gold Group Mining. Do you know the asset at all? Was it a shrewd move at this time or are there issues that might keep this property from ever becoming a mine?? Thank you very much for your time.

Q: This stock has gotten killed over the last little while:fundamentals look great & lots of room to > dividends. Has it fallen in sympathy with oil? I know one of its plants is idle due to a problem with natural gas suppls-is it time to buy this one?
Q: I see and appreciate that you still find EH attractive at its new price. I was sideswiped on a small position in this stock by the oil patch downturn. I bought for the diversification but did not get it. Such is the stock market! A collapse in Alberta's housing will obviously affect EH. What kind of growth premium is currently in the stock price? Is this now a relatively cheap stock on some other kind of metric?
TIA

Q: This stock has had a great move this year. I hold a 3% position and would like your thoughts going forward.
Take profits and redeploy or do you see continued upside for CPH. Also PHM Patient Home Monitoring is at 2.5% position and has done very well. Take profits, or continue to hold.

Q: Greetings, again.
Dream Office Reit (d.un) keeps showing up on CanadianInsider.com's daily insiders buying report. Do you see any significance in the number of shares insiders have been accumulating?
Lastly, with the US interest rates, apparently, set to rise in 2015 I've been contemplating reducing my reit exposure by placing a tight stop loss under either Dream Office Reit or H&R Reit (hr.un) and using a portion of those funds purchase Saputo as shareholders are presently fleeing that name for higher beta plays during this market rally.
Without worrying about sector weighting, and with total return as the main goal, would you sell either Dream Office or H&R Reit for Saputo? And if so, which Reit would you sell first?
Thanks again.
John
