Q: Walmart and or UniLever- I have owned Walmart shares for a couple of years now- I have been looking at UniLever since it was around $20.00 a couple of years back now??

Q: Let's revisit SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. again. Symbol SNC.

I know you guys are fond of Stantec in this space, but looking at SNC by itself, what you guys think about the new CEO's direction to look into selling some of their ICI (Infrastructure Concessions Investments)? I thought this was the part of the company that generated a decent and stable cash flow; why would they sell it? Your thoughts on this please.

Q: Hey guys. All things being equal, regarding reits, in the current environment, what do you think a "fair" multiple to pay for on an AFFO basis would be?

I have several reits ranging from rmm.un trading at 10.72x AFFO to cwt.un trading at 16.86x this year's AFFO.

Q: Your model portfolio appears to be mainly for aggressive investors but may not be suitable for a retired guy. Could you not indicate in some way the stocks that are suitable for aggressive investors and those suitable for conservative investor and let the investor choose. Could you name five dividend paying large/medium cap stocks with fair future growth that are suitable for purchase now with a time horizon of 5 years.

Q: Hello, noticed today the dividend payers were sold off due to "concern of interest rates rising sooner than expected" . This was the explanation I heard but I can't share the view that rate hikes are imminent in any way. Having said that, bonds also seem to be selling off and I am not one to argue with the market. My question is if there is a fear of interest rate hikes coming would this put pressure on a stock like CGI which is carrying a high debt load? Thank you.

Q: Hello 5i & co., my question is regarding Yangarra (YGR-T).it seems in the last 2 quarters management have executed well.going forward things are very encouraging.if they meet guidance what "should" a stock like YGR be trading at, i realize this sector stinks right now.can you please comment on management performance , the last quarterly and issued guidance. also it appears that management has a lot of skin at stake.
with regards to their Duvernay holdings what are the different options that could become available ? i guess the cost of drilling in this area is extremely expensive so going it alone here would probably not be one of the options.the Duvernay area is drawing a lot of attention so roughly speaking how long will it take before we know what this area contains. thanx norm
