Q: My wife 'had' 10,000 shares of Catalyst Paper Corp. [which was CTL, but recently became CTLFQ:PNK] which she had in her RRSP account with Qtrade, a discount broker for 2 1/2 years. On Nov 26, 2012, these shares, which cost, originally, $3,200.00, were removed from her RRSP without consideration. Is this legal?
Q: Titan Logix (TSXV: TLA) just reported fiscal 2012 results with significant revenue growth and earnings: $0.14 EPS. The Company also has a very strong balance sheet with plenty of cash and no debt. Management's outlook for 2013 was "cautiously optimistic" but the stock traded down to less than 5 times earnings. Am I missing somthing?
Q: RUF.U Pure Multi Family REIT LP focuses exclusively on US real estate. With that market appearing to recover, and a 7% yield at current prices would this be a good holding? The principals of this company have an excellent track record with WEQ.un and AAR.un.
As usual, thanks for your guidance.
Q: Re PM, Prism Medical, GlobeinvestorGold shows the last dividend as being paid July 20, 2012 and has no mention of another to date. Just an oversight or what? Thank you
Q: What do you think of Cascades? It carries a decent dividend of 3.8% but I'm not sure where in the economic cycle that sales and revenues might increase.
Q: Hi Peter - your opinion on PIX? Valuation is cheap relative to much larger peers on an EV/EBITDA basis. Nice steady growth, diversified customer base and a high percentage of recurring revenue. Plus the data centre space has seen a lot of M&A activity at high multiples over last few years.
Q: Hello Peter.
What do you think of Glacier Media, they have slowly bought back shares, and have a great p/e, started to pay dividend this year. I know they are in the print media, but most is free distribution community media, and I see the paper is always full of flyers.

Q: hello 5i:
could you advise where I could find, and track, the following information: earnings yield of the S&P 500, and the current 10 year Treasury Yield. And, is there a site that charts the current year earnings for S&P 500 companies that readily shows whether consensus earnings or rising or declining.
thanks
Paul
Q: A response to the question on list of companies increasing dividends for past 10 years. Can't do 10 but CDZ only includes companies having increased for 5 consequtive years and the companies in the fund are easily available.
