Q: Hi Peter and Team,
I would like to add some exposure to Silver at current silver prices as i now believe that the paper price is now trading below actual all in production costs. In addition, the ratio of SLW:Silver is almost 1:1 which means no leverage is being given to Silver Wheaton, SLW, do you think now is a good time to add a position?

Q: I have Teck Resources TCK.B in my main portfolio and it's down 40% for the year... Any comments on this stock? How safe is the dividend? Would you hold it or sell and cut losses? Thanks.
Q: Peter and associates,
I've been looking at TCN.TO as a way to access the US rental market. But the PE of 220 is very scary. Is this normal for this industry? Other suggestions?
Thanks, Cheryl

Q: Hello, I have a question regarding the escalating costs of gold producers. I am always hearing and reading that their costs keep going up without any specifics as to why. Is is it labour? Machinery ? Fuel? Land? Taxes? Supposedly there is little inflation out there but this explanation for resource company woes is constantly being stated in everything I read, watch, or hear. Any explanation or comment would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your ongoing assistance.

Q: Clearly there is now some panic in the market, especially in gold. Having 'done nothing' in that sector, I am now substantially underwater in Goldcorp. Can you please provide me your estimate of Goldcorp's real market value based on current gold prices? At what gold price would you either consider averaging down or consider throwing in the towel on this position? Thank you.
Q: I have positions in all 5 major banks, the largest in BMO as it pays the best dividend. The pundits all knock BMO, and they class TD and BNS well above it. But BMO lost the least % today of any of the banks. What is your thinking on banks?
Q: Lifecos I am looking to switch some bank shares into some of these nonbank financials. Do you have a preferred stock to recommend? Do you have another for the US side of my PF?

Q: Hi Peter and Team,
Sorry about all these questions today. However, i know you cant comment on Sprott companies, however, can you comment on a trade i am thinking of doing with them. You see, Sprott Lending is being bought buy Sprott Inc for $1.65/share, currently Sprott Lending is trading at around $1.40/share. Do you see where i am going with this? to me, i think buying Sprott Lending is a good arbitrage trade as this is would be a 1.65 - 1.4 = 0.25/1.4 = 17.8% gain in under a year or even under 6 months depending on how fast the acquisition is. I hope you can at least comment on this.
