I would welcome your opinion on the recent news re Tim Horton's. I don't like the idea of spinning off the distribution arm, also don't like the idea of taking on debt.
Is recent uptick a great selling opportunity.

Q: Imperial Oil- I have owned this stock for a few years now and it has gone nowhere fast- except up and down in a narrow trading range- Do you see stock increasing the dividend? Your thoughts on this company?

Q: Any thoughts on Retrocom's (rmm.un) news this afternoon? Seems like a pretty busy deal with the equity offering, the debentures, the private placement to First Capital Realty (fcr) and the bridge loan from TD. For me red flags go up when I read "bridge loan". What do you think?

your model portfolio is REALLY GREAT!. Thank you. In April of 2012 Deborah mentioned that
there was an upcoming seminar. I would very much like to go to any seminars you might have.
Will there be any in the future? Do you like Palliser at .52? Since it does not pay a dividend, I guess it is just a hold until the sector recovers. Is this a buy if holding is not a problem? Jean
