Q: Hi team: I am looking forward to BNN tonight since Peter is on. I have 8,000 to invest in my TFSA and wonder if I should buy maybe 300 shares of BXE. Do you have another suggestion instead, such as another stock with a dividend. I think you have just recommended BXE pretty strongly and it has been coming along nicely. Thanks

Q: Hi Peter and team, My son wants to start TFSA/RSP account. His goal is to buy 4 or 5 companies with a view to long team. He is 24 years old. He wants very stable companies with lots of cash ( but that is more my thought, as I do my own investing now, but would like an outside view) I have a few in mind, but I would very much appreciate if you could give your thoughts on five solid companies. Thank you very much

Q: I know you've posted responses re: MCB a while back, but was just wondering what you thought of the company at current levels as a buy? Too late, or would you suggest buying at current levels

Q: I recently sold Eagle Energy (EGL.UN) with its recent strength, at a small loss. I am looking at replacing it with Argent (AET.UN), another cross-border energy trust with a similar yield. This would represent about 1.5% of my total portfolio. How would you rate Argent relative to the other cross-border trusts, and do you have any opinion on the cross-border concept in general?

Also, I keep thinking that the REIT sell off should be at its end, with some good quality names yielding over 7%. The market continues to say otherwise. Any comment?

Thank-you

Q: Hello Peter and the 5I team
I have a 10% weighting of oil and gas stocks in my portfolio. I am considering making BXE a 1/3 weighting of my oil and gas stocks, making it a 3.33% weighting of my entire portfolio. What do you think of this? What do you think of BXE?

Thanks

Q: Peter please comment on the alleged, or true, China Real Estate bubble. I was watching 60 minutes and HBO Vice and they both showed and reported so called "Ghost Cities" being built in China BUT are empty. According to these programs the Chinese people are NOT allowed to trade stocks, as we do, so pile all their money into speculative Real Estate and that is driving their economy. What are your comments on it bursting? when? and the effect on the world and Canada?
Thanks.

Q: Hi Peter & 5i: Further to others' recent questions on resource and particularly uranium plays, can you please update your comments following my May 3rd question on Fission (FCU)? Obviously this is more a speculative risk stock than Cameco would be, but FCU appears to be delivering the promised positive drill results and the share price has doubled during a period when the junior resource exploration sector has been pretty bleak. Is it a good hold from here? Thanks.

Q: Hey Peter & Team, KBL: I have held this stock since Dec 2009 and it has been a great ride and I have followed K Bro closely. Friday's report was a shock. Modest revenue growth but lower EPS and net income and negative operating cash flow. Debt has doubled to 15% of total assets as they build Edmonton plant to handle lower margin Alberta contracts recently secured. I have been waiting for another dividend increase but on these results can't see one coming any time soon. True, there are still significant contract wins, but gone are the bolt-on, high return consolidations and in with the high cost plant builds (Saskatchewan is next) to handle lower margin new long term government contracts. We are to count on higher efficiencies eventually from these plants to offset lower margin business. Is there sufficient growth to support at 23x PE multiple? I am grateful of your advice. Many thanks, Keith

Q: Since your last response to a question re Timbercreek Senior Mortgage ( MTG ) on May 29/13, it has, or is in the process of,converting from a close-end fund to a corporation. Could you comment on the implications of such a conversion for potential investors, including fees involved in owning it as a corp.
