I noticed in your latest Jan 03 5i research summary you have given TCN a C+ rating yet the actual December report states a B rating.
Have things drastically changed or is this just a little slip up

In an article recently written by Boyd Erman he painted a negative picture of the U.S. residential rental market.He mentions that early players in the rental market like Carrington Holdings were having problems finding tenants for their properties,and that the returns aren't there anymore,he also mentions Tricon in this aricle.If Tricon experiences the same problems how much would this impact their earnings and cash flow?

Q: TCN I am reading your report on them and under " Recent Financial Results " you state that they have a new share issue that dramatically increases the number of shares. In your Summary at the end of the report, you state that they are buying back their stock. Why would they have a new stock issue, and buy back their shares at the same time.
Just an aside, if you got rid of all that blue ( black if you are printing in black) on the side of the reports, it would save a lot of ink

Q: Afternoon, I purchased TCN.DB year ago September for 103.89 now trading at $132.00, YTM now negative 1.71%, conversion at $6.00 share price which closed Friday at $7.39. I notice that 5i is preparing a report on TCN, I would appreciate your thoughts on converting the DB to shares now, sell them or hold to maturity,

Q: Hi Team, the results came out for TCN, WOW the net earning were 6x last years, but yet the stock is standing still? Did this one get downgraded or am I missing something...also RRX came out with great results, yet nothing... I've been investing since the start of the year...and wondering "is this normal?"
