Q: Hello Gentlemen; I have taken a small position in CLQ. I am wondering how you feel about the risk/reward of this investment or if there is another vehicle you would consider more promising. Thanks, DON
I've done a bit of desktop work on CMI, but wanted to get your views. I know you've commented on it in the past, so my ask is more around i) what do you think of valuations today ii) the sector in which they operate in iii) management.
Have you ever met management. Are you familar with any of the board members and their affiliations with other companies (good or bad?)
Q: Hello, wondering if you could give your updated views on LOY. It has come off about 25% from the previous high and I am thinking now may be a good entry point. Thanks, Bill.
Q: Good morning. Any reason why Colorado Resources (CXO) would drop over 30% this morning after reporting what appears to be positive drilling results and announcement to drill another forty holes? Many thanks. John.
What is your opinion of Sensio after just signing a deal with Panasonic. In the past you thought it could be the defector standard for 3d in home theatres. Is this view still possible based on Monday's news?
Q: Hi 5i, my question is regarding Tamerlane (TAM). it has filed for bankruptcy. when the company restructures does the current shareholder get completely wiped out ? i would also like to know your opinion on what other options could emerge for shareholders in this situation. thanx norm

Q: Hi Peter & Team:
I own shares in Westaim [wed]. I notice that the top three execs have purchased 51% of the shares. There is 36 mil on the bal sheet. They are looking for a good opportunity and in the interim collect a total of 800 k a year in salaries while doing their regular jobs. What would prevent them from taking the company private at a low price per share purchase from the minority shareholders. Do you see it as foolhardy to purchase more shares.
Thanking you in advance
BEN
