Q: What's going on with this one? Every day seems to find a new 52 week low. Sector is week but this stock seems much weaker. Do you still consider it in the top quartile of names in the sector?

Q: Peter and His Wonder Team
Focus Graphite hit $1.78 in 2011...this year it has crashed from $0.69 to a new low of $0.16 today. I know the board dismissed there chief officer recently and they may not have the funding to begin production. Why do you think the stock is crashing? Is it lack of funding, inability to get the mine operational, poor management or all the above or am I missing something? It is my understanding that they have a quality asset and they have agreements for advance orders. Just based on there assets is this stock worth $0.16? So how would you rate its value...high risk?...a penny stock?... gambling?... or a fair long term contrarian buying opportunity?
Thanks as always...your insights are invaluable to retail investors!

Q: Hi there, can I get your opinion on "FCU". Fission Uranium Corp
Thanks.

Q: Can I get your views on the company please? It would appear like an attractive entry point as stock has support around the $2.00 level.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Q: Hi Peter, could you please comment on today's news release.
It would seem to me that CE Mining (Brad Mills/Mark Sander) sees potential in the SMP deposit and this is re-enforced by the fact that they exercised 6,140,000 share purchase warrants at 5 cents even though the market bid price was 2.5 cents (a 100% premium).

Q: Hi team,
With the recent strength in the U.S. dollar and the volatility due to the Greek situation, would this present a good buying opportunity to accumulate this stock? The company seems to be doing everything right,is well managed has a solid balance sheet and will be producing 40% more gold this fall or early 2016?
I am looking at holding for another two to three years.
Thank you.

Q: What do you think of Sandspring Resources latest news release . They are taking over PNO Resources that Frank Giustra is a large share holder in . Do you think this holds well for the company in raising money for mine development
Q: hi,
Could you please tell me how you feel about Teck Resources?
I'm down 47% and it represents 2.5% of my holdings (was 5%). It is the only "metals & coal" exposure I have.
I got out at $5 in 08/09n and painfully watched it get back to $60.
Do I just hold it and hope for a turnaround in the metals/coal sector?
Thanks

Q: Peter and His Wonder Team
Denison Mines just bought Fission Uranium. What is your assessment of this deal? How would you rate the balance sheet? Both stocks are down...does that mean Mr. Market disapproves? If one had patience is it a worthy contrarian play?
As always ...thanks for your prompt reply and great insights!
Respectfully...

Q: Hello 5i , my question is regarding Temex (TME). Can you review the recent news involving Oban and the proposed merger of several junior miners. as a current shareholder of TME is this a good deal ? if the proposed merger goes thru is management capable of creating shareholder value going forward ? should i vote to accept the offer ? why ? i realize overall this is a high risk sector but do you see any other red flags that the ordinary joe might be missing ? thanx Norm
Q: Hi,
Slw is a royalty outfit, this I get but if the royalty is based on an outtake of a potential decline production of the royalty debtors, then is it not that the payout to slw is lower?
If I am correct in my assumption,
1/what is your take on the value of it's contracts in view of potential reductions of production? And
2/with consideration of (1) do you think it's actual price: $ 21.62 is a fair value or expensive.
Thank you for your evaluation.

Q: Should I sell. It is down in my portfolio. Not sure whether there will be much of a recovery.
Thank You
Thank You
Q: Would you still favour G as a single gold portfolio holding or is there a better gold alternative. Is the dividend sustainable at current gold prices? Thanks.
Q: Hi 5i: I'd like to check out a comment made on BNN the other day regarding share dilution for Trevali Mining, and other small metals companies currently exploring and producing at the same time. Do you have data for Trevali on market cap and # of outstanding shares for the last few years? Thanks for all your help.
Q: I currently hold SLW and G each at 2.5 % of my well diversified portfolio. Would you be comfortable now increasing one or the other or both to 4 or 5 % for income and some growth. I am under water 12 and 13 % in each. I also hold First Quantum. Many thanks!
Q: Hello
I'm wondering if you see anything positive in the company's future. It looks bleak to say the least but I keep thinking about all the cobalt reserves and companies like Tesla needing a whole lot of it in the upcoming years. Thank you
