Q: Good morning all. Could we please have your viewpoint on the above ETFs. TQCD seems to have the best total return over 5 years (according to Koyfin). Do you think this position can be maintained over the coming years?

5i Research Answer:

TQCD has assets of $874M, fees of 0.39%, yield 3.38% and five year annualized 16.79%.

XDIV is $2.4B, 0.11%, 4.34%, 16.00%.

CDZ is $956M, 0.66%, 4.15%, 13.93%.

We have commented on CDZ and HDIV earlier today. Please check the symbols in the Q&A forum. They all focus on dividends, with TQCD taking a quantitative approach and not following a specific index. It has peformed well and we see no reason why it would suddenly reverse performance. The usual market risks apply, and CDZ might do better if rates fall. But we would be quite comfortable with any of these.
