Q: Would it be more prudent to switch CSAV and PSA to TBIL and CBIL?

CBIL has a slightly higher indicated yield and a slightly higher amount of safety. But yields will change with the market. We would be OK with a switch but would at the same time not deem a switch necessary. Rates are still very very similar.
