Is there a etf that I purchase in Canadian dollars the replicates the VGT in the USA.

XQQ could be one option for exposure to Nasdaq in Canadian dollars but does hold some non-tech names as well. TD Global Tech ETF (TEC) is likely the closest to VGT that we are aware of.
