Tax breakdowns vary each year and on occasion we have seen a tiny fraction of income deemed to be dividends once in a while. But it is typically less than 5% and actually a rare occurrence. Thus, we would assume 0% in eligible dividend income from ant REIT or Trust or ETF in the space.
