5i Research Answer:

We think BEP.UN is fine, but we would prefer BN for a no-brainer approach. It is far more diversified and owns part of BEP.UN anyway. It is well managed and has a massive amount of capital available to deploy. Its record of creating value is most impressive. We like DIR.UN for its yield and growth potential. Primarily due to its industrial focus, as the industrial sector still looks far better than other REIT sectors. This should ensure occupancy and rents remain high.
