Yes and no. Europe has issues, but it is also very well priced in comparison to North American issues. TOI's European focus has likely held back investor interest so improvements in the region should be positive. That being said, as a BUYER of companies TOI may prefer seeing lower valuations for a period of time while it adds to its company portfolio.
