Q: Long term holder of these. Both are down significantly of late. Would you add to both for income and growth here? If only one, which one?

We would be fine buying either, if an investor has a timeframe long enough to see rates peak/decline (we would suggest two years minimum). If only one we would side with BIP.UN, due to its more diverse business mix and likely higher potential growth.
