QSR is up 24% in the past year, and we do think it has better potential with its new, more-aggressive Chairman, who created a lot of value at other companies. MCD is of course much much larger, and we would be fine owning it, but we do think QSR will likely have better growth in the near term. But we would not consider QSR it a sell. The Emerge Funds will be wound down, and investors should receive net asset value minus some expenses. However, the OSC is taking far too long with this process. ETFs assets are supposed to be segregated from the management company. The delay here is a bit concerning but we do think ultimately a good portion of assets will be returned. However, the market could of course decline in the interim, and we do not think equities have been sold (for cash). Information is not very forthcoming on this issue, which could set a precedent for other ETFs that may get into difficulty. The analyst mean recommendation line shows the mean of analysts' target. Generally 'down' is not good, if one thinks analysts' are going to be right (which they are very often, not).
