Q: Peter and 5i staff: Any thoughts on PLZ.V Plazacorp Retail Properties. It looks like this company has a business model similar to FCR First Capital Realty. Do you like this space? Would you recommend one over the other for a long term holding? Thank you.

Q: Hi Peter and 5i: Atlantic Power (ATP) - Selling the interests in the Florida facilities lets them pay down their debt but leaves them with less income to maintain their dividend payments. Can you please assess their situation and the magnitude of the market reaction. Thanks!
