Q: Hi Peter & team, What do you think of AYA pulling out of Nevada? How come they were operating BEFORE getting approval from Nevada Gaming Control Board? Or this is a change of heart of the GCB? Is this news worrisome?
Thank you.

"Amaya Inc., owner of the StarsDraft fantasy sports business, pulled out of Nevada after that state’s casino regulators said companies running such contests were illegal gambling operations unless licensed."

“As a proponent of state regulation of daily fantasy sports, we respect the decision of the Nevada Gaming Control Board and no longer allow Nevada consumers to play for real money on StarsDraft,” Amaya said. “We are an advocate for strict state regulation of DFS and the recent activities at some companies underscore the need for state regulation.”

Q: Mr. Hodson, in light of your answer today to the question by Arneh and the content of the New Jersey DGE report, will your December 08, 2014 Report be updated shortly ? The share price then was 36.85$. Where do you see the share price in 2016 ? Does 50$ or more make sense ?

Is Amaya still one of the next blue chips, and is your faith in the stock fully intact ? David Baazov seems to be one of a kind, and who knows where he will lead Amaya. The AMF inquiry now seems to be of little consequence.

You may publish your response, if you so wish.

Q: It was noted in many articles that the DGE in New Jersey conducted a very thorough investigation of the Pokerstars acquisition prior to the approval being made:

I would think this would alleviate most concerns regarding the AMF investigation. The DGE was also able to complete it on a timely basis; how long do you think AMF can drag this out before reaching their own conclusion?

Q: Greetings: Would the NJ gaming commission's review have included any investigation into the insider trading issue: the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement found Amaya’s PokerStars brand to be under "strong, ethical and trusted ownership and management" ... Do the words trusted and ethical ownership and management only apply to past business practices, apart from any illegal stock trading allegations? Thank you.

Q: Good Morning Team. Great news about Amaya. I have done very very well in the past (thanks to your guidance) with shaving my AYA holdings (first bought at $6.50) and able to buy another good stock and pay off some bills. I only hold 2.5% at the moment. I have some cash in my TFSA for an opportunity. Could this be it? Or would you suggest slower is better in this case with AYA? Thanks again for all you guys do for us including calming our nerves!!!

Q: In response to Gerald's question about Amaya and New Jersey approval, David's reply during the Q4'14 earnings call on April 1, 2015 was:

"As it relates to New Jersey, I would say that we feel that this is coming. We would expect to receive and launch, I would say, in the next quarter."

David followed up on this in the Q1'15 earnings call on May 14, 2015 with:

"I think we’re still on track from what I said on the last call in terms of New Jersey."

Those statements (in my opinion) in no way guarantee a launch in Q3. Investors seem to have unfortunately taken it as fact though.

Q: Understand the gaming co Bwin is being sold. It is in the final stages as I understand. Now its beien reported that the insiders are buying shares at this stage, and also that the co will now be sold to Amaya. Have shares in Bwin and a small amount of Amaya. Question..what are the the Bwin shares worth based on insider buying. Obviously more than the figure quoted. What will that do to the Amaya shares as well. Could you advise what the price will be of Bwin at the end. Many thanks

Q: In regards to the sudden for Amaya, I'm not entirely certain but it may be due to a federal appeals court on Tuesday overturned New Jersey's sport betting law for the second time in two years, saying federal statutes forbid gambling on college and professional sports except in a handful of states, which may impact any future plans Amaya had in this area.

Seems to me investors' panicking is overblown on this one and the market in general.
