Q: When Maxr launches their Worldview Legion Satellites next year can you see what kind of recurring revenue the company may take in? The only information I can find in press releases is that the service is oversubscribed and that the cost associated with building the satellites will drop and revenues and EPS will increase, Any information that 5i can see from your sources would be much appreciated. Thx

Q: Could I have your thoughts on Maxar at present ( I know it is now a U.S. company but a lot of the assets are the same as when domiciled in Canada.
The earth intelligence segment continues to perform well as it always has with recurring revenues. Since Jablonsky ( former Digital Globe CEO) took over as CEO at Maxr the stock is up 400 % plus. There is 80% institutional ownership and the debt is looking much more manageable now. Would you consider Maxr a moat type company? The list of clients is impressive. Every Google map I see has been done by Digital Globe. Moving forward would you consider this a good investment? Thx

Q: In a brief release I see MAXR is being taken out by private equity for $1B, but the rise in share price this morning has the Mkt Cap at $1.26B. Can you explain the difference, e.g., does the 1B include or exclude debt carried by the company, is this a signal someone else might come in higher? What is your recommendation, hold or sell into this strength?

Thx, John

Q: Private question ???
HI,
I have some MAXR shares, of course at quite a loss. I do not know if you can answer this, but when MAXR changed for US domestication, I think this is a fiscal loss for me (According to MAXR`s 2018 documents) . However, I do not see any relevant change in my broker account, except a stock exchange with identical name, my base cost staying the save. I wrote MAXR to know the official date of the move-probably, Jan 1st 2019- but did not get any answer. There was no press release for fiscal purposes, and nothing on the Web site besides the Jan 2nd « US Domestication completion ». I would probably keep my shares for the moment if I can claim a loss as of Jan1st. Otherwise I would sell my position. Thanks.
