Q: If you read the advice from the likes of Benjamin Graham and Warren Buffet you're buying a piece of a company, not a stock, and should feel confident in that company. I read your report on WSP Global, but nowhere in it is the basic question: Is this company any good at what it does? A report in the Ottawa Citizen today seems to show a startling lack of competence at WSP Global. http://ottawacitizen.com/news/local-news/reevely-failed-hazeldean-bridges-design-flawed-from-the-start-newly-released-report-says

Q: P Shoiry(ceo to v.chairman) on BNN,3/16 stated that 20% of its revenue is from Canada,& the co.has done well the last 10 years & its price is determined by the market. No wonder it has missed estimates in EPS 9 out of 14 Q.since 3rd Q,2012 as per Thomson/Reuters.Hopefully,new Ceo will do a better job in this aspect. Will the Federal expected infrastrutal spending have a material effect on WSP? Always appreciate your usual great services & views

Q: How much good will is on their balance sheet: grown a lot through acquisitions - so, I always get concerned about this BS item - often leads to write-downs as they realize they paid too much vs the return realised. Id like to buy to diversify my non-registered account; should I wait until next week or is the consensus good for an excellent Q and Yr. end.

Q: Hi, after watching for almost a year, I started a position @43.05 in WSP global, this week. The move was based on the fact that there was no apparent reason for recent pullback. Several months ago WSP did a secondary offering @42.50 (I think). During recent past, stock price touched a high of $49.18. The stock has a dividend yield of 3.50% and will perhaps benefit from infrastructure spending plans of new federal Govt. Incidentally, WSP was also a Top Pick on Friday Dec 18, 2015 Market Call tonight by Keith Richards, a Technical Analyst and BNN guest. As per his comments, this stock sees occasional pull backs and a purchase along its trend line ($42.50-$43)should be a great opportunity. Would appreciate your comments, please. Thanks

Q: Hello, Further to my previous question on adding to to my positions in AYA, ATD.B, CCL.B, MDA and DSG, should I buy them now or wait until the end of December after tax loss selling? Do you think they will be victims of tax loss selling?

Also, if I have enough to add another two names would WSP and OTC (from growth portfolio) be a good decision at this time with the 5 I'm adding above?

Q: There are cases where stocks fall because people are taking profits and not because there is something wrong with the company; e.g. WSP today as you suggested to other subscribers. What should we be doing in this case? Just hang on? Or join the profit taking crowd and sell? I am up slightly on WSP, but I definitely did have higher gains prior to the recent sell-off. Would it make sense to take profit and buy back later?

Thanks,
Danny
